Is the eye test bulk-billed?
Yes — if you're eligible for Medicare, your routine eye exam is bulk-billed and there's nothing to pay on the day. The eye test is also free with any glasses purchase, even if Medicare doesn't cover it.
Do you accept my private health fund?
We work with all major Australian private health funds and can claim on the spot. Before you commit, we'll give you a clear written quote that shows any gap payment so there are no surprises.
How long until my glasses are ready?
Most prescription glasses are ready in around a week from our MacArthur store. If you need something urgently — a broken pair or a same-week trip — let us know and we'll do everything we can to fast-track them.
Can I get an appointment today?

Do you do contact lens fittings as well?
Yes. We fit first-time wearers, run trials, and help existing wearers switch brands or modalities — including daily, fortnightly and monthly lenses, and lenses for astigmatism and multifocal scripts.
